Astrid Danielle Selene Clarke.
Astrid Clarke, more commonly referred to as Danielle, is a twenty-two-year-old Brit and the youngest of her mother's children but the fifth child of her father’s brood. Astrid's older siblings, Simon Axl Clarke, Amy Rose Selene Clarke and Thomas Axl Clarke, all work within the public service sector. Simon manages several shops. Amy is a practising Doctor, having graduated from Harvard, and Thomas is a Biochemist. Jackson Thomas Clarke, her elder brother by eleven months, was unfortunately lured by the hands of evil and joined a petty crime gang. They all share the same mother and father, Avalon Selene Clarke (nee Davidson) and Alexander (Alex) Clarke. Her favourite colour is soft teal.
After her parents divorced, Avalon and Astrid moved to Cambridge, forcing her to travel to San Francisco every six months to visit her dad and siblings, and vice versa. Astrid joined Mi5 and the FBI at eighteen, but didn’t receive her first FBI mission until she was twenty-two: track down her brother and his elusive gang.

Astrid Clarke grew up in a middle-class family and is the youngest child of five on her mother's side. Astrid is currently the only one to pursue anything in relation to law enforcement since her maternal great-grandmother created a false identity of “Steve” and joined her local police station.
Astrid considers Cambridge her home but loves San Francisco in equal measure. To be closer to work, she chose to move back to her birth town and join the Californian branch of the FBI, with full plans to move to New York and work under Agent Evans, a good friend of hers.

Astrid is a complex character with more layers hidden beneath the walls she's put up. She is serious about her job and loves doing what she does. That's why I took inspiration from the actresses: Danielle Rose Russell, Merit Leighton and Meg Donnelly
Following on from that, I also take strong inspiration from the following characters: Adora (She-Ra and the Princesses of Power), Rey (Star Wars: Episode VII, VIII & IX) and Hope Mikaelson (The Originals and Legacies)
